The Unpredictable Visitor: Does Science Prove That the Shadow Man Exists?

Let’s assume, for a moment, that there might just be something to all those creepy stories we hear on “Coast to Coast AM with George Noory.” You know, it’s that Shadow Man that shows up after you haven’t slept for 30 hours straight. It’s that weird guy that looks like a Nazgûl from Lord of the Rings or a Dementor from Harry Potter. Sometimes he wears a hat. Sometimes people can see his eyes. Sometimes he only resides in that universe in the very furthest reaches of the corner of your eye – but for some, he shows up in plain waking sight. Is it fact or fiction?

Just take a look at some of these stories, and you might think otherwise. If you mean to discount the existence of shadow people, then you have to claim that 100 percent of these stories are from people who are insane, lying or took too much cough medicine. Although, if only one of them were telling the truth, then we now have to deal with a sobering reality factor.

I Don’t Think We’re in Kansas Anymore …

It is at this point where we make a jump to a place called space.com. This certainly seems like a funny place to extract gems of the paranormal, but in this article, we find something rather interesting about what physicists are discovering in this modern scientific era: Parallel universes most likely exist. According to the article, Max Tegmark of MIT said, "I really believe that there is this universe out there that can exist independently of me that would continue to exist even if there were no humans."

So, basically, the highly credible scientific community and academia are fairly certain that there might just be entire universes existing in the same space. Could this explanation of parallel universes possibly interact with this ghoul, known as the Shadow Man?

Now we truly have to consider the possibility that there might be some physical reality to these blasted evening visitors. Far too many people have reported their existence, and could science have unknowingly accepted a world in which they could reside? Whoa. This just got interesting.

The Anatomy of the Shadow Man

Following along this assumption that Shadow Men exist, we have to ask, are they subject to the natural laws of physics? Do they have to deal with that pesky thing called gravity? Are they some kind of race of their own? Do they have rules that they have to follow or get thrown in jail? Have they been called anything other than Shadow People?

Actually, they have often been linked to these creatures:
·         Demons
·         Ghosts
·         Vampires
·         Aliens
·         Sasquatch
·         Yeti
·         Moth Man
·         New Jersey Devil
·         Elvis

This list is by no means exhaustive; however, you get the idea. Perhaps one important question to ask would be, though these creatures may live in the same parallel universe, are they all the same species? Interesting. (I was just kidding about Elvis, by the way).

Can’t Sleep?  You’re Not Alone

The only way we common folk are ever going to get to the bottom of these questions is if we continue to study reports from those who have had experiences of their own. Be sure to comment below on your own experiences, and talk about what you felt, saw, heard, etc. Were you scared? What time did the sighting take place?

Of course, if you don’t want to have such experiences, we don’t blame you. So to keep the ghouls at bay, you might just want to pump some Holy Water through your bed bug heat treatment sprayer, keep your crucifix close by and have “Finding Nemo” ready to go on the Blu-Ray. Take some Unisom if you still need a fear-dispelling good night’s rest. You can never be too careful, right?

Creeeepy stuff.
Very interesting about the hat. The "man" my sister and I used to see in our new house as kids was given the nickname The Man With the Hat.
Ugh.
Sleep tight.

Hey Penelope,

You're not the only person who has told me they've seen a shadow person. A couple of followers of my Facebook page have seen them, also.

Thanks for stopping by!
